A veteran litigator with a career-long commitment to public service, Rita has provided guidance and support to the Gene Vance Jr. Foundation since its inception.
Rita was intent on becoming a physician. Instead of pursuing medical school, she earned her PhD in chemistry at Duke University, and then secured a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School. She earned her JD at Boston College Law School. In practice, she has focused on complex, scientific-based litigation in environmental, product liability, trademark and patent infringement, and business torts cases in both federal and state appellate courts.
Christine Myran, OTR
Certified Occupational Therapist and Executive Director of Stiggy's Dogs
Rescuing and training shelter dogs to be service dogs for military veterans living with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (“PTSD”) or Traumatic Brain Injury (“TBI”).
Christine was a former Vice-President of the Eisenhower Center which offers neurorehabilitation services to individuals who have suffered a traumatic brain injury, anoxia, or stroke.
Her career-long commitment caring for veterans and first responders while they work through her intense treatment programs, is reflected in the volunteer support she brings to the Gene Vance Jr. Foundation's Operation Total Restoration.

administrative and executive liaison support to the Gene Vance Jr. Foundation since its inception.
Jamie retired after 20 years at the Law Offices of the former Hunton and Williams (now Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP) - a global legal practice, to join the Foundation in a full time volunteer capacity.
